THE SELF WORTH CODE

INSTALL YOUR SELF-WORTH BATTERY IN 14 DAYS

What happens when you stop allowing money, work, relationships, appearance, age, success or other people's opinions to determine how you feel about yourself?

You begin to build something different:

an internal battery you can recharge through practice.

The Self Worth Code is a 14-day installation programme that gives you ten practical Codes and a simple daily rhythm for turning them into behaviour.

You don't need to fix your whole life in 14 days.

You simply need to practise one Code at a time.

YOUR DAILY CHARGING RHYTHM

Every day follows a simple pattern.

5 AM — SOYAPOSE

PRACTISE

Start your day by physically embodying the day's Code.

Don't just think about it.

Practise it.

9 AM — INSTAGRAM AFFORMATION

ASK

Receive your day's AffOrmation.

Instead of telling yourself what to think, ask yourself a question that directs your attention towards the behaviour you want to practise.

Question → attention → action.

LUNCHTIME — SUBSTACK

REFLECT

Pause and examine your experience.

What happened?

What did you discover?

Where did you practise the Code?

What did you learn about yourself?

9 PM — EVENING AFFIRMATION

RECORD

Turn the morning question into an affirmation based on what you actually experienced.

You aren't pretending.

You are recording evidence.

AffOrmation → practice → evidence → Affirmation.

10 PM — BEDTIME

REINFORCE

Go to sleep with the day's evidence.

Your overnight reinforcement creates the bridge into tomorrow.

You don't wake up empty.

You wake up with yesterday's practice behind you.

YOUR 14-DAY INSTALLATION

DAYS 1–5

BUILD YOUR THINKING BATTERY

DAY 1 — CLARITY

Know what matters to you.

Separate what you genuinely value from what other people expect of you.

Ask:

What really matters to me today?

DAY 2 — BRAVERY

Act despite uncertainty.

Use your Clarity to take action.

Ask:

What would I do today if I were willing to be misunderstood?

DAY 3 — CREATIVITY

Find another possibility.

You don't always need more resources.

Sometimes you need to see the resources you already have differently.

Ask:

What else is possible?

DAY 4 — UNDIVIDED ATTENTION

Give your energy to what matters.

Put your attention where you want your life to grow.

Ask:

What deserves my complete attention today?

DAY 5 — ABUNDANCE

Recognise what you already have.

Look at your existing knowledge, relationships, opportunities, experiences and resources.

Ask:

What do I already have that can help me move forward?

DAY 6

EVIDENCE DAY

Stop.

Look back at the first five days.

Don't ask:

"Am I successful yet?"

Ask:

"What did I actually practise?"

Your evidence is more important than your intention.

DAY 7

RECHARGE DAY

Rest.

Reflect.

Reset.

You don't have to earn your right to rest.

The battery needs recovery as well as activity.

DAYS 8–12

BUILD YOUR ACTION BATTERY

DAY 8 — PRODUCTIVITY

Turn intention into action.

Ask:

What is the one meaningful thing I can complete today?

DAY 9 — RECIPROCITY

Give and receive value.

Ask:

What can I contribute today, and what am I willing to receive?

DAY 10 — RESPOND ABILITY

Choose your response.

You cannot control everything that happens.

You can practise choosing your response.

Ask:

What response is within my control?

DAY 11 — RESOURCEFULNESS

Use what you already have.

Look again at your skills, knowledge, relationships, experience and opportunities.

Ask:

What resource can I use differently today?

DAY 12 — MOMENTUM

Keep moving.

You don't need to solve everything.

You need to take the next meaningful step.

Ask:

What is today's smallest forward movement?

DAY 13

EVIDENCE REVIEW

Look back over the previous 12 days.

Ask yourself:

What changed because I practised?

Record your evidence.

Notice where you kept your word to yourself.

Identify which Code needs another cycle.

DAY 14

INSTALLATION DAY

You have now experienced the complete cycle.

Practise.

Question.

Reflect.

Record.

Reinforce.

The goal isn't to finish Self Worth.

The goal is to make the practice repeatable.

YOUR SELF-WORTH BATTERY

THINK

CLARITY → BRAVERY → CREATIVITY → UNDIVIDED ATTENTION → ABUNDANCE

ACT

PRODUCTIVITY → RECIPROCITY → RESPOND ABILITY → RESOURCEFULNESS → MOMENTUM

RECHARGE

EVIDENCE → REFLECTION → REST → OVERNIGHT REINFORCEMENT

Then begin again.

WHAT CHANGES?

You may still have money problems.

You may still have work problems.

You may still experience relationship difficulties.

Other people may still misunderstand you.

Your circumstances don't have to become perfect before you can strengthen your relationship with yourself.

The question changes from:

"What is my life worth?"

to:

"What am I practising today?"

Because your self-worth doesn't have to rise and fall with the circumstances around you.

THE PRACTICE BECOMES THE PURPOSE.
