The Self-Worth & Behaviour Reset Workshop is a structured two-day residential programme designed for men who recognise they are caught in repeating behavioural cycles that affect finances, confidence, relationships, and long-term stability.

This is not a lecture-based seminar and not a treatment programme. It is a practical, structured learning environment focused on awareness, behavioural patterns, and rebuilding personal accountability systems.

Participants leave with clear tools to understand how decisions are formed, how patterns repeat, and how to rebuild structure in daily life.
